Lady in Green

 I watched a Karen Campbell video on YouTube. I wanted to try my hand at drawing a face. I loved the drawing part. I even loved the coloring. But when I finished drawing, I was going to just do this project in black and white. So I went about shading with my pencil. Then, I decided I wanted to do her in color. My problem came about when I tried to color her without removing the black and gray shading. The lines of her cheekbones are way too harsh. But by that time, it was too late. So I went ahead and continued. I’m pleased with everything but her cheeks. I think her lips and her burqa turned out pretty good.
